My interests
My main scientific interest is the understanding of epithelial morphogenesis and polarity, as well as their implication in human diseases, such as cancer. We are currently using an organotypic 3-dimensional (3D) in vitro model as a basic model system for our investigations. In addition, as well as in vivo models, both zebrafish and mice to address these issues.
